Whatever the weather the lunch will go ahead as planned. Assembly in dining room at 1.15 and Presentation around 1.30. Food served at 2pm.
In the event of a NO BUGGY RULE, there will be the following changes to the draw:
Ted if you are able can you replace Bob Reader in the second group. If this isn’t possible, then group 2 will have a ghost (see my previous post).
Andy R and George can you replace Ted and Terry in group 3.
Can the last 2 groups be prepared to start earlier to close up the gap left by the missing group.
Everyone be prepared for any other changes I haven’t anticipated and use your common sense.
